1. Acceptance of Terms
By using www.kingdomkeystaffing.com (the "Site"), or by submitting any application, inquiry or request through it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to every visitor, applicant, client and user of the Site. KingdomKey Staffing Solutions Corp. ("KingdomKey," "we," "us," or "our") may modify them at any time; continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Services
KingdomKey is a healthcare staffing company that connects qualified healthcare professionals — Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses and caregivers — with healthcare facilities across all 50 states. Our services include recruitment and placement, credentialing and compliance verification, shift scheduling and staffing consultation. We do not guarantee placement for any applicant or fulfillment of any facility's request.
3. SMS Terms & Conditions
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from KingdomKey Staffing Solutions, you consent to receive text messages from KingdomKey Staffing Solutions at the mobile number you provided.
Program Description
KingdomKey Staffing Solutions may send SMS communications concerning staffing services, job or contractor opportunities, application status, interview scheduling, onboarding, credentialing, available shifts, schedule updates, reminders, client communications, customer support, service updates, and other communications related to your relationship with KingdomKey Staffing Solutions. We operate one program, KingdomKey Staffing Solutions Notifications. It carries no marketing or promotional messages.
How You Opt In
You opt in by ticking a box. Every form on this Site that asks for your own mobile number carries an unticked, optional checkbox beside the phone field, which you tick yourself before submitting. Nothing is pre-ticked, the box is never required, and the form submits normally whether you tick it or not. The box reads:
"I agree to receive SMS communications from KingdomKey Staffing Solutions regarding staffing opportunities, application and interview updates, onboarding, credentialing, scheduling, shift opportunities, service updates, reminders, and related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase, employment, or placement. View our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions."
You may also opt in by texting us first at (770) 525-6977, or by telling a KingdomKey recruiter you would like text updates. We never buy, rent or import phone numbers or opt-in lists from any third party, and we never text a number someone else gave us on your behalf.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with KingdomKey Staffing Solutions, available opportunities, scheduling activity, and services requested. During an active application or placement you may receive up to 5 messages per week. Outside an active engagement, messages are infrequent.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message sent and received. KingdomKey charges no additional fee for text messages.
Opt-Out
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message from KingdomKey Staffing Solutions. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message notifying you that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again. Opting out will not affect your application, your placement, or any other way we communicate with you.

Consent
Consent to receive SMS communications is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, of employment, or of placement.
Privacy
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Applicant Terms
By submitting an application through this Site you represent that:
- Everything in your application is accurate, complete and truthful
- You hold every license, certification and credential you claim
- You authorize KingdomKey to verify your credentials, run background checks and contact your references and former employers
- You understand that applying does not guarantee employment or placement
False, misleading or incomplete information may disqualify you and, if discovered after placement, may end your assignment.
5. Client and Facility Terms
Healthcare facilities and employers that request staffing through KingdomKey agree that:
- All staffing requests depend on staff availability and KingdomKey's discretion in candidate selection
- The client provides a safe working environment for placed staff, in compliance with federal, state and local law
- The client pays all invoices under the rates and terms in its separate service agreement with KingdomKey
- The client will not directly hire a KingdomKey-placed staff member within twelve (12) months of the last placement date without our written consent and payment of any conversion fee
- The client supervises placed staff and reports performance or conduct issues to KingdomKey promptly
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, images and software — belongs to KingdomKey Staffing Solutions Corp. and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and everything provided through it are offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all information on it is accurate, complete and current.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, KingdomKey Staffing Solutions Corp. and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including lost profits, data or goodwill — arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid KingdomKey in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KingdomKey Staffing Solutions Corp. and its officers, directors, employees and agents against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, information you submit, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
10. Privacy
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. By using the Site you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
11. Third-Party Links
This Site may link to third-party websites for convenience. Those links are not an endorsement. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or terms. You visit them at your own risk.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified only as far as needed to make it enforceable and the rest will stay in force. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, our SMS Terms & Conditions and any separate written service agreement, are the entire agreement between you and KingdomKey regarding the Site.
