1. Introduction
KingdomKey Staffing Solutions Corp. ("KingdomKey," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you visit www.kingdomkeystaffing.com or submit information through our application and contact forms.
By using our website you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
2. SMS Messaging & Mobile Information
KingdomKey Staffing Solutions Corp. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
When you provide your mobile phone number and expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from KingdomKey Staffing Solutions, we may use your mobile number to communicate with you regarding staffing opportunities, employment or contractor opportunities, application updates, interview scheduling, onboarding, credentialing, shift opportunities, scheduling updates, reminders, client communications, customer support, service-related notifications, and other communications you have agreed to receive.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent, will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies depending on your relationship and interaction with KingdomKey Staffing Solutions. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS communications is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or, where applicable, submitting an inquiry or application.
We may use service providers to assist in operating our communication systems. However, mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties who ever handle your mobile number are the messaging providers that deliver our texts on our behalf, and they may use it only to deliver those messages.
We collect SMS consent directly from you. We do not buy, rent or import phone numbers or SMS opt-in lists from any third party. We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent, and we do not share opt-in lists so that anyone else can market to you. Consent you gave to another business does not give KingdomKey Staffing Solutions permission to send you text messages.
In plain terms: we do not sell, rent, trade or give your mobile phone number to anyone. We do not share the fact that you opted in to text messages with anyone. No third party, affiliate, advertiser, data broker or lead buyer ever receives your mobile number or your messaging consent from us, for any purpose. This holds regardless of anything else in this policy, and every other section below is subject to it.
Our text messaging program is described in full in our SMS Terms & Conditions. For questions about our privacy practices or our SMS communications, contact us using the contact information published on this website: phone (770) 596-2707, email privacy@kingdomkeystaffing.com.
3. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact information: name, phone number, email address and mailing address
- Employment information: work history, job titles, supervisors and reasons for leaving
- Credentials: professional licenses, CPR certifications and expiration dates
- Identity documents: driver's license and Social Security card, for credentialing only
- Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and time spent on the site
- Communications: messages you send us through our forms, by email or by text
4. How We Use Your Information
We use what we collect to:
- Process and evaluate job applications and staffing requests
- Contact you about your application, interview scheduling or placement opportunities
- Verify professional credentials and conduct background checks
- Send you the application, scheduling and credential text messages you opted in to
- Improve our website and services
- Meet our legal obligations
5. When We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only in these situations:
- Healthcare facilities: when you are being considered for a placement, with your knowledge
- Background check and credentialing vendors: to verify your qualifications
- Service providers: subcontractors who help us operate our website and run our business, under contract and only for that purpose
- Legal authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights
None of the sharing described above includes your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in information, your SMS consent, or your SMS messaging data. Those four categories are excluded from every category listed above and from every other provision of this policy. They are never sold, rented, shared or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Where a service provider helps us operate our messaging system, it may use that information only to deliver our messages to you and for no purpose of its own. Nothing anywhere in this policy overrides this.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, including TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive documents, role-based access limited to authorized staff, and audit logging. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Applicant records are typically kept for up to 3 years after the last interaction.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP

To exercise any of these, contact privacy@kingdomkeystaffing.com or call (770) 596-2707.
9. Cookies
Our website uses session cookies to keep you signed in and to improve your experience. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.
10. HIPAA Alignment and Protected Health Information
As a healthcare staffing company, KingdomKey handles documents that can contain protected health information — CPR and TB records, immunization records, drug screening results and identity documents gathered during credentialing. We handle those records in alignment with the HIPAA Privacy Rule (45 C.F.R. Part 164) and treat them as confidential.
Our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes how we use and disclose protected health information, your rights, and how to raise a concern, is published at www.kingdomkeystaffing.com/hipaa-notice. We sign Business Associate Agreements with vendors who handle protected health information for us, including background check providers, drug screening laboratories and credentialing verification organizations. Staff who handle these records receive privacy and security training.
If protected health information is ever exposed, we will notify the people affected within 60 days of discovering it, in line with the HIPAA Breach Notification Rule.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Significant changes will be posted on this page with a new update date. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
